The Rules
  • Sign Up for the Challenge with the button below.
  • Walk (human is walking, not riding) at least 10 minutes at any rate, any distance.
  • Consecutive minutes in a day count (not a cumulative of the whole day).
  • Walk anywhere:  down a road, arena, driveway, field, trail, etc. (No, you are not required to take your horse, but you're missing the fun if you don't!) 
  • Log your walk (time, steps, or distance) on the provided form.
  • Send in your log sheet between May 29 and June 5  by email, snail mail or fax.
  • No refunds.
  • You are responsible for your own welfare.  Check with your doctor if you need to.  Don't overdo it--it's not a race.  Sponsors are not responsible for any health issues, including death, to you, your horse or others that may result from you walking with your horse.
  • By signing up, you are acknowledging that you have read and accept the rules.

The Prizes

​​Cash Awards (based on entry volume):
  •  Awarded to the top 10 entries based on the number of days walked. 
  • Tie breaker:  improvement from day one to day 28 (calculated by percent, so no problems with how you keep track--time, steps or distance).  
  • Winners will be announced on Facebook and prizes delivered about June 9, 2020.  
​Money back for days walked: 
  • ​Walk all 28 days, get $1/day walked!
  • Walk 21-26 days, get 75 cents/day walked!
  • Walk 14-20 days, get 50 cents/day walked!
  • Walk 7-13 days, get 25 cents/day walked!​
